About the Role

You will design and deliver the People Partnering strategy for the UK and Europe business. You will advise senior leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and change. You will lead People Partners, use workforce analytics, oversee talent initiatives, coach managers, and embed diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements

  • Progressive HR experience partnering directly with SVP or C-suite leaders
  • Experience partnering with cross-cultural leadership teams
  • Experience managing junior and senior People Partners
  • Understanding of global HR practices and employment laws, particularly in India and European countries
  • Business acumen and ability to align HR strategy with business goals
  • Leadership, communication, interpersonal, critical-thinking, and analytical skills
  • Ability to drive organisational change
  • Experience leading HR for commercial and operations client groups is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the People Partnering strategy for the UK and Europe business
  • Advise senior leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations
  • Lead, mentor, and develop People Partners
  • Support organisational change and equip leaders with people-management tools
  • Drive employee engagement action plans using survey insights
  • Ensure HR policies align with employment laws and cross-border employment requirements
  • Use HR analytics to inform strategy and present workforce insights
  • Oversee performance management, career development, and succession planning
  • Coach managers on employee relations, leadership development, and team effectiveness
  • Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion in people-partnering activities
