About the Role
You will partner with corporate leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, leadership development, and scalable people programs. You will coach managers, lead employee-relations matters and investigations, and ensure compliance with California employment law.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or People Partner experience
- Experience supporting corporate functions such as Finance, Legal, Marketing, People, IT, or other G&A organizations
- Experience partnering with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and leadership development
- Employee-relations experience, including investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, and sensitive employee matters
- Working knowledge of California employment law
- Communication, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work onsite in San Carlos, CA
Responsibilities
- Build partnerships with G&A and Marketing leaders to improve organizational effectiveness and team performance
- Translate business priorities into workforce plans, organizational design, succession planning, and talent strategies
- Coach managers on performance management, employee development, promotions, compensation decisions, and organizational change
- Lead employee-relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Design and scale people programs, processes, and operating rhythms
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Legal, and HR Business Partners
