About the Role
You will advise engineering and product leaders on organizational priorities, talent, manager development, performance, growth, and employee relations. You will use workforce data to identify talent risks, support hiring and change management, and shape practical people programs.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of progressive HR experience
- HRBP or People Partner experience supporting engineering, product, or R&D organizations
- Knowledge of technical organization structures and career paths
- Experience partnering with leaders at all management levels
- Manager coaching and development experience
- Employee-relations judgment
- Workforce-data analysis
- Knowledge of compensation and leveling for technical talent
Responsibilities
- Advise engineering and product leaders on organizational risks and opportunities
- Partner with leaders and Recruiting on role scope, leveling, and talent standards
- Develop managers through coaching, frameworks, and practical support
- Shape performance, growth, leveling, calibration, and career-path approaches
- Equip leaders to hire, set expectations, give feedback, and navigate change
- Use headcount, performance, attrition, and engagement data to identify talent risks
- Manage employee relations and recommend appropriate resolutions
