About the Role
You will partner with Engineering and Product leaders to support team health, performance, and talent needs. You will coach managers through feedback, conflict, growth, and change; conduct proactive one-to-ones; contribute to organizational design; support people programs; and escalate complex employee relations matters when needed.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering and Product leaders on team health, performance, and talent density.
- Coach leads and managers through feedback, performance, conflict, growth, and team change.
- Conduct proactive one-to-one sessions with leads and employees.
- Contribute to organizational design, including team structures, spans and layers, and capability gaps.
- Support leaders and teams through organizational change.
- Support performance reviews, engagement, recognition, and lead-enablement programs.
- Collaborate with Employee Relations and Legal Counsel on employee relations issues.
- Identify people patterns across teams and shape new people initiatives.
- Partner with People Operations and Compliance on terminations, mobility, and local requirements.
