About the Role

You will serve as the CHRO's strategic deputy and lead talent and organizational effectiveness across the employee lifecycle. You will oversee people leaders, lead talent strategy and workforce planning, strengthen leadership development and succession planning, advance performance management, use talent analytics, and guide organizational design and change.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the talent management strategy.
  • Align workforce planning and talent strategy with organizational priorities.
  • Lead and develop the talent team and People Partners.
  • Design and oversee leadership and employee development.
  • Lead succession planning and talent mapping.
  • Oversee performance management strategy and competency frameworks.
  • Lead employee engagement survey strategy and follow-through.
  • Establish talent analytics, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Lead organizational design and workforce planning.
  • Support change management and capability enablement.
  • Align talent acquisition, selection, and onboarding with workforce plans.
