About the Role
You will advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and growth. You will build HRBP frameworks, coach managers, manage employee relations, run performance and compensation cycles, analyze people metrics, and contribute to learning, people-program, and total-rewards initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and growth plans
- Own headcount planning and data integrity for client groups
- Build frameworks and playbooks for organizational design, performance calibration, compensation cycles, career ladders, and headcount
- Advise on employee relations and escalation decisions
- Coach leaders and managers on performance, feedback, and people leadership
- Contribute to learning and development, people-program, and total-rewards initiatives
- Run performance reviews and compensation cycles end to end
- Analyze attrition, span of control, and performance distribution to identify organizational risks
- Use AI tools as part of daily work
- Build durable systems while managing day-to-day operations
