About the Role

You will own end-to-end People support for an assigned client group. You will guide organization design, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and talent strategy. You will coach leaders, analyze workforce data, deliver talent programs, and mentor newer People Partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of People Partner experience in a high-growth technology environment
• Experience leading complex employee relations investigations and performance situations independently
• Organization design, workforce planning, and talent strategy expertise
• Knowledge of US employment law, including Title VII, ADA, and FMLA
• Knowledge of California employment law
• Ability to translate company-wide People frameworks for a function
• Eligibility to work in the US
• Willingness to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership on organization design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
• Lead employee relations investigations and high-stakes performance situations
• Deliver and measure talent management and learning programs
• Coach managers through scaling, reorganizations, and performance complexity
• Analyze workforce data, sentiment, and talent reviews to identify risks and capability gaps
• Build trust with managers and employees
• Mentor newer People Partners
