About the Role

You will manage referral recruiting across the full candidate lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, assessment, pipeline management, and candidate communication. You will partner with managers, recruiters, HR, and leaders to understand hiring needs, align referred talent to roles, provide candidate coaching, and support university events and seasonal programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
  • End-to-end recruiting expertise, including sourcing, screening, and assessment
  • Executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Project management and presentation skills
  • Experience using recruiting systems and tools such as Workday ATS
  • Data storytelling skills
  • Business acumen and consultative talent-strategy skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for referral candidates
  • Build and maintain referral candidate pipelines
  • Partner with managers, recruiters, HR, and leaders on hiring needs
  • Maintain high-touch relationships with active and passive referrals
  • Implement candidate communication strategies and data-driven reporting
  • Provide career coaching, resume feedback, and interview preparation
  • Host campus events and support seasonal university talent programs
  • Travel to regional offices and universities as needed
