About the Role
You will lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM and business functions, from intake and calibration through sourcing, assessment, offer strategy, and closing. You will build structured interview loops, scorecards, rubrics, interviewer training, referral programs, and candidate-experience standards. You will track recruiting metrics, advise hiring managers on role scoping, compensation positioning, and interview design, build diverse pipelines, and maintain fair, consistent processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Track record hiring business and GTM roles
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple roles and tasks
- ATS reporting and conversion-rate analysis
- Technical fluency in infrastructure sales and screening
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM and business functions
