About the Role
You will build and manage pipelines for technical roles across robotics, machine learning, embedded systems, and software engineering. You will develop research-driven sourcing strategies, create personalized outreach, partner with hiring managers and founders, track the talent landscape, and refine your approach based on results.
Requirements
- Experience sourcing for technical roles such as machine learning, robotics, embedded systems, or systems
- Familiarity with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
- Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Ashby or Greenhouse
- Ability to set priorities, build processes, and work independently
