About the Role

You will lead end-to-end recruiting for Applied AI and Solutions roles across APAC, partnering with technical and business hiring managers. You will source, interview, and close candidates; improve recruiting processes and documentation; use data to solve process issues; and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience across agency, startup, or corporate environments
• Experience hiring at high throughput and scale in complex environments
• Deep expertise recruiting for technical roles including FDE, SWE, MLE, Research Engineering, and Applied Science
• Experience with complex recruiting and autonomous outbound hiring
• Experience recruiting in highly competitive talent markets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Project management skills
• Fluency in English
• International recruiting experience
• Proficiency with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI tools is preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive hiring for Applied AI and Solutions roles across APAC
• Partner with technical and business hiring managers to find talent
• Own end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
• Guide candidates through the hiring process
• Develop recruiting processes, tools, and documentation
• Use data to diagnose process issues and propose solutions
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience
• Define and evolve the APAC talent acquisition approach
