About the Role
You will lead end-to-end recruitment for strategic and finance-adjacent roles, build a pipeline of front-office finance talent, and develop targeted sourcing strategies. You will partner on hiring priorities, manage agencies, optimize workflows using recruiting data, and provide candidates with clear, timely communication.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle experience recruiting finance, front-office, or similar talent
- Familiarity with the London or European finance talent market preferred
- Experience sourcing, engaging, and converting passive candidates
- Ability to influence hiring strategy and coach stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with ATS systems such as Ashby
- Experience with recruiting metrics
- Communication skills
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of front-office finance professionals
- Partner on role design, talent profiles, and hiring priorities
- Develop talent segmentation frameworks
- Lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Create data-driven recruitment processes
- Engage finance talent through events, alumni communities, and referral networks
- Advise stakeholders on market mapping, compensation insights, and talent strategy
- Manage external talent partners and agencies
- Use ATS, sourcing tools, and analytics to optimize workflows
