About the Role
You will run full-cycle hiring from intake and sourcing through screening and offer. You will manage searches across business functions, build diverse pipelines through personalised outreach, partner with hiring managers on role definition and selection decisions, and use pipeline data, tooling, automation, and AI to improve recruiting operations.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of recruiting experience
- Experience owning end-to-end searches and partnering with hiring managers
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions
- Proactive sourcing experience
- Experience with ATS workflows, sourcing automation, or AI-assisted recruiting processes
- Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Claude
- Ability to work on-site in Paris around 3 days per week
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment cycle from kickoff and sourcing through offer
- Run searches across GTM, G&A, Product, and Engineering
- Manage 5 to 7 live roles at a time
- Build diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, inbound applications, and referrals
- Partner with hiring managers on role scoping, selection, and offer decisions
- Use pipeline data to identify bottlenecks
- Build recruiting tools and automations
