About the Role
You will own full-cycle recruiting for a focused engineering or research domain. You will source, screen, engage, and close technical candidates; partner with founders and hiring managers on hiring strategy; manage pipelines and ATS data; and use AI tooling to improve sourcing and screening.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience closing senior and hard-to-fill engineering or research roles
- Technical fluency with engineering roles and technology stacks
- Experience with AI-powered sourcing and screening tools
- Ashby familiarity
- Communication and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers and founders to scope roles and define hiring standards
- Build and nurture technical-talent pipelines through outreach and referrals
- Run structured, bias-aware candidate screens
- Deliver an end-to-end candidate experience
- Drive offers and closes using market and compensation data
- Maintain ATS data and report on pipeline health
- Use AI tooling to improve sourcing and screening efficiency
