About the Role
You will own full-cycle recruiting for G&A searches from intake through accepted offer. You will partner with hiring leaders to define hiring strategies and interview plans, build talent pipelines, use market intelligence and recruiting data to improve decisions, manage high-velocity processes, and deliver a strong candidate experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Track record of independently leading complex or senior-level searches through accepted offer
- Talent judgment and market research skills
- Ability to advise senior leaders and influence hiring decisions using communication, market insight, and data
- Ability to build fluency in unfamiliar functions and manage changing priorities
- Accurate ATS management and funnel tracking
- Closing skills for competing offers, senior candidates, and sensitive searches
- Fluency with AI-enabled recruiting workflows
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from intake and market mapping through offer and close
- Develop fluency in supported functions and identify signals of exceptional talent
- Partner with hiring leaders to define hiring strategies and interview plans
- Build proactive pipelines through research, sourcing, referrals, and candidate engagement
- Advise leaders using market intelligence, recruiting data, and candidate feedback
- Run high-velocity recruiting processes and closing strategies
- Manage searches across functions, levels, and competing priorities
