You will own end-to-end recruiting for corporate functions, from hiring strategy and sourcing through candidate close. You will partner with leaders, build proactive pipelines, use market data and recruiting technology, improve hiring processes, mentor others, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for corporate functions including Capital Markets, Finance, Legal, or People
- Experience identifying and closing senior and specialized talent
- Sourcing and proactive pipeline-building experience
- Experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders
- Experience with recruiting technology, AI, automation, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools
- Follow security policies and data handling procedures
- Complete mandatory security awareness training
- Report suspected security incidents or suspicious activity
