About the Role

You will own full-cycle recruitment for G&A roles across Legal, Finance, Marketing, and People. You will partner with hiring leaders on recruiting strategies, maintain recruiting funnels in Ashby, source candidates, build community relationships, deliver talent projects, and represent talent acquisition at conferences and networking events.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of G&A full-cycle recruiting experience scaling high-growth teams
• Experience with startup recruiting is preferred
• Data-driven recruiting experience
• Commitment to diversity, community, and equitable recruiting processes
• Experience using AI to automate workflow processes

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for G&A roles
• Deliver a strong candidate recruiting experience
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders on recruiting strategies
• Provide talent-market and industry insights
• Maintain recruiting funnels in Ashby
• Source and recruit candidates proactively
• Build relationships with diverse technology and talent communities
• Own additional talent projects
• Represent talent acquisition at industry conferences
• Plan and execute networking events
