About the Role
You will lead annual and off-cycle compensation planning and partner with leadership on pay strategy. You will develop compensation tools, models, programs, market benchmarks, reporting, and dashboards, while supporting performance cycles, offer decisions, pay equity, and retention analysis.
Requirements
- 4+ years of compensation or related HR experience
- Experience owning compensation planning cycles and program design
- Experience aligning compensation planning with business and talent strategy
- Experience partnering cross-functionally to build compensation programs
- Knowledge of a competitive talent market
- Analytical ability to build and maintain complex compensation models
- Experience using market data to benchmark and calibrate pay structures
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership and department heads on compensation strategy
- Own annual and off-cycle compensation planning processes
- Design and maintain compensation tools, models, and resources
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analyses
- Design and improve compensation and incentive programs
- Support performance and review cycles
- Build compensation reporting and dashboards for pay equity, offer competitiveness, and retention risk
