About the Role
You will support pay equity audits and gender pay gap analysis through data preparation, variance testing, and baseline modeling. You will help prepare for EU Pay Transparency Directive reporting, validate equity grant lists, and develop equity tracking dashboards. You will also support annual compensation reviews, compensation and benefits surveys, market benchmarking, patent premium administration, and quarterly Workday data uploads.
Requirements
- Pursue a Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Corporate Finance, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, or Econometrics.
- Demonstrate statistical modeling, variance tracking, and complex dataset processing capabilities.
- Demonstrate advanced Excel skills.
- Have hands-on experience with, or strong curiosity about, AI agents and workflow automation.
- Be fluent in English.
- French is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quantitative data, conduct variance testing, and build baseline models for pay equity audits and gender pay gap analysis.
- Support preparation for the EU Pay Transparency Directive through statistical analysis and compensation trend reporting.
- Prepare, audit, and validate equity grant lists.
- Explore analytical dashboards and trackers for equity distribution, vesting schedules, and dilution.
- Manage data templates, timelines, and coordination for annual compensation review cycles.
- Coordinate global compensation and benefits survey submissions and conduct market benchmarking.
- Administer global patent and invention premiums with Intellectual Property and Payroll teams.
- Manage quarterly Workday uploads for miscellaneous payroll bonus data.
