About the Role
You will serve as a strategic People Business Partner for Product and Engineering. You will refine People programs, guide workforce planning and organizational design, support change management, and collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards. You will use data and employee feedback to help address team member concerns and improve People operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a People Business Partner in a similar model
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced technology company
- Experience supporting Engineering and/or Product organizations
- Deep expertise in AI and its impact
- Work hours that overlap with Eastern Time
Responsibilities
- Refine and guide the development of People programs, including levelling, promotions, and performance management cycles
- Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and change management strategies
- Customize organizational structures and talent strategies to align capabilities with business demands
- Collaborate with People Operations and Technology, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards to improve People operations
- Gather anecdotal feedback and report it to leadership
