About the Role
You will support performance management work across EMEA and APAC, including sensitive cases, organizational changes, manager resources, and underlying operations. You will own regional case processes, improve workflows and tracking, support manager enablement programs, and compile sensitive personnel data. You will apply sound judgment when handling confidential matters across legal and cultural contexts.
Requirements
- Experience with performance management or employee relations across Europe and ideally APAC
- Experience supporting complex or sensitive casework
- Ability to build scalable processes, frameworks, and documentation
- Strong written communication for leadership materials
- Sound judgment when sharing sensitive information
- Ability to raise concerns with senior stakeholders
- Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Working knowledge of HR compliance in Europe and APAC
Responsibilities
- Manage regional performance casework from documentation through timeline tracking and manager talking points
- Improve operational processes for outside business activity requests and reorganizations
- Build and maintain manager resources and documentation
- Support manager enablement programs, including performance-cycle logistics, content, and delivery
- Compile reports and data for sensitive personnel matters
- Maintain and improve tracking systems for casework and manager enablement initiatives
