About the Role
You will design, launch, and operate people programs across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, manager training, development, feedback, performance, engagement, and recognition. You will partner with HR, Legal, Finance, and business leaders, guide employees and leaders on policies, and use data to improve programs and processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Programs, People Operations, or a related function
- Experience designing and scaling people programs across the employee lifecycle
- Experience in fast-moving global technology companies
- Communication and relationship-building skills
- Program and project management capability
- Ability to use data, tooling, and process design to improve operational efficiency
Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and execute people programs
- Build scalable processes for onboarding, manager training, development, feedback, performance, engagement, and recognition
- Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, and business leaders on people programs
- Advise employees and leaders on people policies, programs, and best practices
- Use data and insights to measure and improve people programs
