About the Role
You will build and roll out job architecture, draft job profiles, map roles, maintain architecture records, and support manager communications. You will help configure and test Workday performance appraisal, create documentation and runbooks, operate performance review cycles, troubleshoot issues, and support talent programs and analysis as priorities change.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in People or HR programs, talent management, or HR operations
- Experience with job architecture, competency frameworks, or job profile management
- Documentation skills
- Written communication skills for manager- and executive-facing materials
- Experience using AI tools for drafting, analysis, and documentation
Responsibilities
- Complete job-family and leveling builds
- Draft job profiles and map roles
- Maintain job architecture source files and technical administration
- Support rollout communications, toolkits, review sessions, and escalation triage
- Configure and test Workday performance appraisal
- Document requirements, write test scripts, coordinate UAT, and track defects
- Build process documentation and administrative runbooks
- Support review-cycle launch, eligibility logic, monitoring, reminders, and reporting
- Troubleshoot review-cycle issues and support managers and ESPs
- Support talent reviews, career-pathway documentation, effectiveness reporting, and analysis
