About the Role
You will own key People functions for assigned client groups, including manager enablement, workforce planning, change management, people programs, and employee relations. You will assess development needs, recommend and implement performance improvements, guide leaders on rewards and organizational design, and manage the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- 8+ years of HR business partner experience in a high-growth technology environment
- Hands-on experience facilitating people programs
- Knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to organize and interpret data
Responsibilities
- Drive People functions for client groups, including talent management, coaching, workforce planning, change management, performance management, compensation, succession planning, and employee relations
- Identify employee, team, and manager development needs and implement improvement strategies
- Provide guidance on total rewards, leveling, engagement, culture, organizational design, communications, and people development
- Own the employee lifecycle for performance management, development, and advancement
- Complete ad hoc People and operations responsibilities
