About the Role

You will lead strategic and operational People Partnering across APAC. You will advise senior leaders, shape people strategy and organizational design, lead employee relations and compliance, advance talent and leadership development, manage change, use people analytics, and guide regional compensation and benefits strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Advise APAC senior leaders on people-related matters
  • Use people analytics to inform decisions and measure People initiatives
  • Define and execute regional people strategies
  • Shape organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership capability
  • Design engagement, retention, and employee lifecycle programmes
  • Lead performance enablement and management frameworks
  • Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters
  • Ensure compliance with APAC employment laws and labour regulations
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Lead regional change management initiatives
  • Develop regional talent strategies and executive coaching
  • Establish regional dashboards and track People KPIs
  • Partner on regional compensation and benefits strategy
  • Mitigate employment-practice and regulatory risk
