About the Role
You will lead the full people function, including talent acquisition, HR business partnering, onboarding, performance, compensation, learning and development, and employee relations. You will partner with leadership on organization design and workforce planning, build scalable people systems, and use workforce data to guide decisions.
Requirements
- 15+ years of HR experience
- Senior people leadership experience at a technology, research, or engineering-forward company
- Experience building and leading talent acquisition functions
- Experience supporting physical products, semiconductor, manufacturing, or hardware-forward teams
- Knowledge of performance management, compensation design, employee relations, organizational design, and people operations
- People analytics experience
- Bachelor’s degree or similar experience
Responsibilities
- Lead talent, HR business partnering, onboarding, performance, compensation, learning and development
- Build and scale talent acquisition, recruiting processes, and hiring strategy
- Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and growth strategy
- Lead employee relations, investigations, and executive coaching
- Design people systems for scientific and engineering teams
- Design onboarding programs for engineers and scientists
- Develop organizational structures and processes as the organization scales
- Use people analytics to inform headcount, attrition, engagement, and team-effectiveness decisions
