About the Role
You will build and lead the People function from the ground up while remaining hands-on with critical work. You will shape performance, development, reviews, compensation, equity, leveling, and progression. You will help leaders design and retain strong teams, personally source and close key hires, scale People Operations, and support employees and leaders with sound judgment and discretion.
Requirements
- Experience building People teams and organizational foundations from scratch at a startup and scaling them through rapid growth.
- Experience shaping performance and compensation approaches.
- Experience sourcing and closing G&A, growth, or marketing hires.
- Ability to work directly with founders, make decisions with incomplete information, and turn decisions into action.
- Excitement for building open superintelligence and its supporting stack.
Responsibilities
- Shape performance, development, and review practices.
- Partner on compensation, equity, leveling, and progression.
- Help leaders build teams, develop managers, and plan organization design and retention.
- Source and close G&A, growth, and marketing hires.
- Build relationships with investors and recruiting partners.
- Lead and scale People Operations, onboarding, employee experience, and day-to-day operations.
- Partner with employees and leaders on important conversations.
