About the Role
You will serve as a people strategist for senior leaders, translating business goals into organizational design, workforce planning, leveling, and succession decisions. You will lead change initiatives, talent reviews, promotions, performance management, employee relations, and People programs using data and clear recommendations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of HR business partner experience
- 3+ years partnering directly with C-suite or SVP-level leaders
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- Business acumen
- Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, and reorganizations
- Data analysis of headcount, attrition, and performance
- Experience with calibration, compensation, promotion, investigations, performance management, and terminations
- Executive communication

- Translate business goals into talent decisions, organizational design, workforce planning, leveling, and succession
- Lead reorganizations, leadership transitions, and shifting priorities
- Manage headcount and resources
- Lead calibration, promotion, and talent-review processes
- Develop top talent and coach managers
- Handle performance and employee-relations issues
- Influence and develop compensation, performance, talent, and succession programs
- Shape team operating practices and support complex client groups
