About the Role
You will lead People Operations and Total Rewards operations while remaining hands-on. You will design reliable employee lifecycle workflows, oversee compensation and benefits administration, build AI-enabled operational workflows with human review, measure service quality, and coordinate with People, Finance, Payroll, Legal, IT, and BizTech.
Requirements
- Experience leading a People Operations team in a shared-services model
- Experience building scalable People processes
- Experience building People programs and operational processes
- Knowledge of compensation administration and benefits
- Experience with HRIS, case management, and lifecycle workflows
- Experience with AI and automation
- Knowledge of Workday
- Global People Operations experience
- Change leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the People Operations team and set its roadmap
- Prototype and scale AI-enabled operational workflows with human review
- Build onboarding, employee-change, leave, and offboarding workflows
- Run compensation and benefits operations
- Coordinate payroll handoffs
- Measure service, quality, and adoption data
- Maintain data integrity and audit readiness
- Align cross-functional partners and drive adoption
