About the Role
You will advise Engineering, Product, and Design leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, performance, employee relations, compensation, and engagement. You will coach managers, use people data to identify talent risks, lead change initiatives, and define scalable HR business partner frameworks, playbooks, and operating practices.

Responsibilities
- Advise senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness
- Partner on headcount planning, sales compensation design, and compensation-cycle execution
- Build onboarding, ramp, performance calibration, and compensation-cycle frameworks
- Coach leaders and managers on performance, feedback, and people leadership
- Drive fair performance management, promotions, and career development processes
- Use people and business data to identify talent and retention risks
- Advise on employee relations, compliance, recognition, and engagement
- Lead change-management initiatives
- Define and implement the HR business partner operating model
