About the Role
You will own and run cyclical performance and talent programs, including performance pulses, promotions, review cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, and continuous feedback practices. You will improve program frameworks using data and feedback, partner on performance tooling and data integration, lead redesigns and change management, and deliver manager and People Partner enablement.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of performance and talent programs
- Ensure programs scale and uphold the performance bar
- Design programs that generate year-round performance signals for talent planning
- Partner with People Services, People Analytics, and engineering on execution, data, and tooling
- Guide product priorities and architecture for performance systems
- Iterate on calibration, ratings, feedback formats, and promotion criteria
- Lead program redesigns, stakeholder alignment, rollout planning, and communications
- Develop and deliver enablement for managers and People Partners
