You will partner with leaders on organizational design, performance, talent, headcount planning, and change management. You will advise on people matters, career paths, compensation, employee lifecycle processes, and workplace needs.
Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive People Business Partner experience
- Experience supporting 400+ employee organizations through rapid growth

Responsibilities
- Advise leadership on people priorities, organizational design, succession, performance, retention, and engagement
- Build management capacity through hiring, feedback, and development frameworks
- Partner on headcount planning and hiring-plan adjustments
- Support change management across teams
- Drive performance management and performance reviews
- Navigate investigations, performance exits, and organizational change
- Advise on career paths, promotions, retention, and development strategies
- Collaborate on compensation, employee lifecycle processes, and workplace needs
