About the Role

Requirements
- 2+ years of technical sourcing experience at a reputable software company
- Previous agency experience in sales, recruiting, sourcing, or related fields
- Experience building rapport with candidates and employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
