The current platform provides stablecoin-focused enterprise workflows including named virtual accounts and fiat collection, institutional stablecoin trading and FX/OTC conversion, stablecoin-to-fiat payouts through local banking rails, and fiat-backed stablecoin issuance with minting, redemption, compliance, onboarding, and distribution infrastructure. About the Role
You will own end-to-end hiring across Engineering, Data, and Security, from search kickoff and market mapping through assessment, offer, and close. You will partner with hiring managers and technical leaders, proactively source technical talent, use market data to improve searches, and apply AI across recruiting workflows.
Requirements
- Significant experience recruiting technical talent in fast-moving technology or product organisations
- Technical recruiting experience across Software Engineering, Data, AI, or Security
- Strong sourcing and talent-mapping skills
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership
- Ability to influence hiring managers and challenge thinking
- Practical use of AI in recruiting
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency and financial technology
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hiring across Engineering, Data, and Security
- Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to define hiring strategies
- Source technical talent through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and creative search strategies
- Use data and market insight to identify stalled searches and improve approaches
- Use AI for sourcing, screening, research, market mapping, and reporting
- Improve recruiting processes, tooling, and ways of working
