About the Role
You will partner with hiring managers to create data-informed hiring strategies, source candidates for priority roles, and manage recruitment from intake through hire. You will use AI in sourcing, screening, market mapping, and reporting, remove hiring blockers, and improve recruiting infrastructure through cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- Recruitment experience in a fast-growing technology or product business
- AI fluency for sourcing, screening, market mapping, and reporting
- Talent acquisition knowledge
- Product sense
- Interest in financial technology and cryptocurrency
- Experience operating in a fully asynchronous remote setting
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to design and execute hiring strategies
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for prioritized requisitions
- Use market intelligence and industry developments to inform searches
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process
- Remove blockers and rebuild stalled search plans
- Use AI for sourcing, screening, market mapping, and reporting
- Champion culture alignment with candidates
- Contribute to cross-functional projects that improve recruiting infrastructure
