About the Role
You will build and nurture pipelines for business talent across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing and Communications, and Operations. You will partner with hiring managers and talent partners to find and engage passive candidates, maintain ATS funnels and analytics, and develop proactive sourcing approaches. You will track market intelligence, cultivate business-community networks, and own additional high-impact talent projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience sourcing for business roles across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing and Communications, and Operations
- Experience sourcing candidates in high-growth, high-bar environments
- Established network in business communities
- Experience using data and analytics for sourcing decisions
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusive-team building
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture business-talent pipelines
- Deliver a candidate recruiting experience that reflects the employer brand
- Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to engage passive candidates
- Maintain market intelligence on business-talent trends and competitors
- Manage recruiting funnels and analytics in the ATS
- Develop proactive sourcing approaches
- Cultivate business-community and industry-leader networks
- Own additional high-impact talent projects
