About the Role
You will own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from proactive sourcing and screening through interview management, compensation discussions, and closing. You will advise hiring leaders, anticipate talent needs, analyze pipeline performance, and improve interview frameworks and structured hiring processes.

- Talent sourcing and engagement strategy
- Pipeline conversion, source quality, and time-to-hire analysis
- Technical recruiting experience in AI, infrastructure, or deep-technical markets

Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical departments
- Build proactive candidate pipelines and conduct rigorous screening
- Manage interviews, compensation discussions, and candidate closing
- Advise hiring managers and leadership using market data
- Drive workforce planning using pipeline analytics and market intelligence
- Track pipeline health, conversion, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and source quality
- Build and optimize interview frameworks, scorecards, and structured processes
