About the Role
You will lead full-cycle recruiting for Forward Deployed and adjacent technical GTM roles. You will partner with hiring managers on role definitions, interview plans, and priorities; source targeted talent; use pipeline data to manage hiring risks; coordinate interviews and closing; and improve recruiting workflows with AI-enabled tools.
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
- Ability to partner with hiring managers and translate business needs into candidate profiles.
- Experience recruiting technical, product, engineering, or customer-facing talent.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-informed recruiting skills.
- Familiarity with Forward Deployed, enterprise SaaS, or startup environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing through offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, interview plans, and hiring priorities.
- Build targeted sourcing strategies for technical and customer-facing talent.
- Use market insights, pipeline analytics, and funnel data to refine search strategies.
- Coordinate interview teams and candidate closing.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and improve workflows with AI-enabled tools.
