About the Role
You will manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, with a focus on commercial, corporate, and operations hiring across MEA and APAC. You will source and assess candidates, partner with hiring managers, maintain ATS data, improve recruitment processes, and contribute to employer-brand and talent initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting commercial and corporate roles, including sales, partnerships, marketing, legal, or finance
- Sourcing experience using LinkedIn, job boards, social channels, and networks
- Stakeholder management skills
- Experience using ATS tools, preferably Ashby
- Organisational and prioritisation skills
- Problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
- Source and engage talent through direct sourcing, networking, and outreach
- Screen, assess, and present candidates
- Maintain candidate data, pipelines, and reporting in Ashby
- Partner with hiring managers to support process flow, feedback, and decisions
- Forecast hiring needs and contribute to workforce planning
- Collaborate on onboarding, contracts, and compliance
- Share market intelligence and candidate feedback to inform hiring strategies
- Deliver an inclusive candidate experience from application through onboarding
- Contribute to employer-brand and talent-attraction initiatives
- Track recruitment metrics and recommend process improvements
- Lead or contribute to talent-function projects and wider People Team initiatives
