About the Role
You will manage end-to-end recruitment, from identifying hiring needs through sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding employees. You will create recruitment strategies, design and manage performance reviews, conduct evaluations and feedback sessions, and recommend initiatives to improve productivity, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
