About the Role
You will lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering and AI/ML roles, from sourcing and pitching candidates through interviews and closing. You will partner with technical leaders to calibrate hiring needs, develop top-of-funnel strategies, maintain a high hiring bar, and provide candidates with a fair, thoughtful experience. You will use market context and data to keep searches on track and guide candidates through important decisions.

- Run full-cycle recruiting for engineering and AI/ML roles, including sourcing, pitching, guiding interviews, and closing candidates

- Help set the technical hiring bar and talent evaluation approach
- Execute creative top-of-funnel strategies for experienced engineers
- Deliver a fast, respectful, and honest candidate experience
- Apply an equity lens throughout the recruiting process
- Use data and market context to keep searches on track and expectations aligned
