About the Role
You will lead end-to-end recruitment for R&D, Product, GTM, and local and global roles. You will work with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring plans, develop sourcing strategies and pipelines, manage the candidate experience, use recruiting data to inform decisions, and remove blockers to keep searches moving.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of recruitment experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a high-intensity startup environment
- Experience running end-to-end hiring processes across multiple roles and departments
- Global recruitment experience with international candidates and hiring teams
- Experience hiring across R&D, Product, GTM, and global roles
- Communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Professional fluency in spoken and written English
