About the Role

You will lead the people function through growth, combining strategic leadership with hands-on HR operations. You will scale hiring, shape culture and retention programs, advise executives on people matters, manage the HR team, oversee performance processes, ensure compliance, and use people data to guide decisions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR/People experience
  • At least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role
  • Experience scaling teams in a high-growth environment beyond 100 employees or similar
  • Expertise in talent acquisition strategy and building recruiting functions
  • Success improving retention and engagement with measurable outcomes
  • Knowledge of compensation design, performance management, and organizational development
  • Stakeholder management and communication skills through board level
  • Be based in or willing to relocate to Poland or the UAE

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute hiring strategy for technical and non-technical growth
  • Build and lead the recruitment function, including sourcing, employer branding, and interview processes
  • Partner with department heads on workforce planning, organizational design, and headcount budgeting
  • Develop compensation and benefits frameworks
  • Improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire through recruiting metrics
  • Evolve company culture and lead engagement and retention initiatives
  • Design onboarding, career development, leveling, and internal mobility frameworks
  • Lead team rituals, events, recognition programs, and workplace experience
  • Advise the executive team on people matters
  • Communicate strategic messages between leadership and the wider organization
  • Manage and mentor the HR/People team
  • Oversee performance management, manager training, and leadership development
  • Ensure HR policies, contracts, and practices comply with local labor regulations
  • Own HR systems, analytics, and reporting
