About the Role
You will own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles, with a strong focus on proactive outbound sourcing. You will build sales-talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, manage requisitions, use recruiting data to improve results, and support inclusive candidate searches.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience hiring quota-carrying sales and go-to-market talent
- Outbound sourcing experience
- Experience recruiting sales talent in SaaS and cybersecurity
- Experience recruiting candidates selling into fintech, cryptocurrency, or financial services
- Experience managing multiple open requisitions
- Ability to advise hiring managers using data
Responsibilities
- Generate pipelines through proactive outbound sourcing
- Map sales talent across crypto, fintech, and financial services
- Develop sourcing strategies using referrals, communities, and outreach campaigns
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle through offer negotiation and close
- Manage high-volume requisitions
- Use pipeline and conversion data to keep hiring on track
- Partner with sales leaders and guide hiring decisions
- Share talent-market intelligence and pipeline updates
- Champion diversity and inclusion in searches
- Improve recruiting workflows, tools, and candidate experiences
