About the Role
You will manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, specialist, technical, and manager-level Fleet Operations roles. You will source candidates, guide hiring leaders on recruitment strategy, use data and market insights to improve hiring, and support workforce planning, employer branding, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced or scaling organisation
- Experience recruiting high-volume, frontline, specialist, professional, or manager-level roles
- Direct sourcing and candidate-pipeline development skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruitment data, and market insights
- Ability to advise senior stakeholders on hiring strategies
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from intake through offer and close
- Build candidate pipelines through direct sourcing and attraction channels
- Advise hiring managers and directors on hiring strategy and candidate quality
- Deliver a structured and inclusive candidate experience
- Use recruitment data and market intelligence to improve hiring strategies
- Partner on workforce planning, employer branding, and hiring-process improvements
