About the Role
You will lead end-to-end delivery for Technology Operations programs, including migrations, office build-outs, and productivity tooling. You will translate technical designs into delivery plans, manage risks and escalations, establish delivery standards, and provide executive-ready reporting.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in technical program management, IT program delivery, corporate or enterprise engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience delivering large-scale endpoint, identity, or collaboration platform migrations
- Familiarity with identity, device management, productivity, and workplace technologies
- Change management and end-user communication skills
- Experience defining delivery standards, reporting frameworks, or operating mechanisms
- Ability to translate technical detail into executive-level reporting
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of the Technology Operations program portfolio
- Run technology implementation, migration, and remediation projects
- Translate technical designs into delivery plans
- Support technical changes through communications, adoption planning, and support readiness
- Drive blockers and escalations to resolution
- Define delivery and reporting standards
- Run programme reviews, roadmap tracking, escalation paths, and action follow-through
- Build intake and prioritization mechanisms
- Maintain an executive-ready portfolio view
- Use platform data to drive delivery and adoption reporting
- Surface delivery slippage before milestones are missed
