About the Role
You will standardize ERP supply-chain finance solutions and lead platform governance, continuous improvement, roadmaps, and integrations. You will prioritize technical work, manage demand and dependencies, design and implement intercompany capabilities, oversee engineering builds and testing, and measure capabilities against business demand.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
- Eight years of relevant experience
- End-to-end financial and logistical flow experience
- SAP ERP integration experience
- SAP controlling implementation experience
- Multi-currency cost accounting experience
- Finance operations experience including AP, AR, GL, Treasury, and fixed assets
- S/4HANA implementation experience
- Global rollout and upgrade experience
- Intercompany and business-consolidation experience
- Agile and Waterfall methodology experience
- Software development lifecycle management experience
- Manufacturing industry, SOX, and compliance knowledge
Responsibilities
- Drive standardization of ERP supply-chain finance technology solutions
- Lead platform governance, continuous improvement, and efficiency initiatives
- Oversee solution designs for financial flows
- Establish technology roadmaps for intercompany requirements
- Prioritize features, optimize costs, and improve delivery efficiency
- Refine backlogs and manage cross-team dependencies
- Design and implement ERP intercompany capabilities
- Lead technical testing and user acceptance testing
- Measure capabilities against demand and business challenges
