About the Role
You will own the enterprise product roadmap from strategy through delivery. You will build enterprise-ready capabilities, including identity, governance, data privacy, compliance, and deployment options. You will work with customers and cross-functional partners to prioritize, launch, and improve products that support enterprise adoption and expansion.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience
- At least 3 years focused on enterprise products
- Fluency with IT and admin buyer personas
- Excellent communication and cross-functional skills
- Strong technical judgment in security and infrastructure topics
Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise roadmap end to end
- Make Replit Agent effective at solving business problems for non-technical users
- Build enterprise platform capabilities including SSO, SCIM, governance, privacy, compliance, and deployment options
- Drive product-led enterprise adoption and expansion
- Partner with engineering, design, sales, and security
- Represent enterprise customer needs through customer calls, security reviews, and on-site engagement
