About the Role

You will lead platform product strategy and build a product management function spanning security, observability, and billing. You will define the roadmap, make evidence-based prioritization decisions, partner with engineering leadership on technical trade-offs, and develop product managers while personally driving execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including shipping platform or infrastructure products.
• 3+ years hiring and managing product managers or formally leading product managers as a first-line manager.
• Ability to turn ambiguous data and customer signals into clear product decisions.
• Ability to influence engineers, designers, executives, and customers without organizational authority.
• Experience launching, measuring, and iterating on products.
• Ability to operate as a player-coach while building a team.
• Ability to discuss technical trade-offs and architecture with engineering leadership.
• Clear executive-level written communication.
• Ability to define iterative organizational plans.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and develop Security, Observability, and Billing product managers.
• Define and own the platform roadmap across security, observability, and billing.
• Own platform product strategy while building the team.
• Deliver horizontal capabilities for GPU instances, clusters, and the cloud API.
• Own usage-based GPU compute metering and billing product surfaces.
• Shape identity and security surfaces for enterprise customers.
• Partner with platform engineering leadership on sequencing, trade-offs, and delivery.
• Use telemetry, usage patterns, and customer signals to make and communicate build decisions.
