About the Role

You will own the card proposition from launch through growth, defining its strategy, roadmap and commercial performance. You will manage the end-to-end issuing experience, including eligibility, enrolment, funding, spend controls, authorisation and disputes. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders and an issuing partner to deliver, launch and scale the proposition across priority markets.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product experience
• Experience launching and scaling B2B products
• Experience in fintech, financial services or card payments
• Experience working in a regulated environment
• Knowledge of compliance, risk, legal and finance requirements
• Communication skills for technical, client, partner and executive audiences
• Experience using AI tools to iterate, prototype and present ideas
• Data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making
• Right to work in the relevant jurisdiction

Responsibilities

• Own the card proposition, product strategy and roadmap
• Lead client discovery and turn insights into problem statements and recommendations
• Write outcome-led requirements, epics and user stories
• Partner with engineering to deliver product improvements iteratively
• Manage the relationship with the issuing partner
• Design product experiences, card programme controls and operational processes
• Resolve dependencies with other product tribes
• Use qualitative feedback and data to improve the product
• Own the Spend business case, revenue modelling and commercial performance
• Support go-to-market activities, onboarding, enablement and adoption
• Present the Spend proposition to senior management and clients
• Set product discovery, requirements and delivery practices for Spend
